•    Software installation and technical services
•    Related technology solutions
All services are provided subject to availability and applicable agreements.

By using ITRACCSSA services, the Customer agrees to:

•    Use products and services lawfully
•    Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with supplied equipment or systems
•    Comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations
ITRACCSSA reserves the right to refuse service where misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected.
 
5. QUOTATIONS AND INFORMATION
All quotations, pricing, product descriptions, and service information provided by ITRACCSSA:
•    Are subject to availability
•    May change without prior notice
•    Are only valid for the period stated on the quotation (if applicable)
•    Do not constitute a binding offer until accepted by ITRACCSSA
Errors and omissions are excepted.
 
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
•    ITRACCSSA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
•    The Customer uses all products and services at their own risk once delivered and accepted.
•    ITRACCSSA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party software or hardware.
Nothing in this notice excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
 
7. WARRANTIES
Warranties, where applicable, are provided in accordance with:
•    Manufacturer warranty terms, or
•    Specific warranty terms stated on invoices or quotations
No additional warranties are implied unless expressly stated in writing by ITRACCSSA.
 
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content associated with ITRACCSSA, including but not limited to:
•    Business name and branding
•    Logos and marketing materials
•    Website content
•    Documentation and service descriptions
remain the intellectual property of ITRACCSSA unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
 
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
ITRACCSSA respects customer privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

•    Load shedding or power failures
•    Natural disasters
•    Strikes or labour disputes
•    Courier disruptions
•    Government restrictions
•    Internet or infrastructure failures
 
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
