- Local (Cape Town): Expect delivery within 1-2 working days.

Other Main Cities: Expect delivery within 2-4 working days.

Regional Areas: Expect delivery within 3-5 working days.

Courier Delivery Window: Deliveries happen during business hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and it is the customer's responsibility to make sure there will be someone to receive the order on the given address unless if it is communicated earlier so that we may know when to dispatch the order

Third-Party Courier Packaging
Third-Party Courier Packaging are allowed but the customer will be responsible for the courier Fee and should anything goes wrong with the parcel, damages or parcel not reaching the destination ITRACCS SA will not be held responsible.
