ITRACCSSA SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. PURPOSE
This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out the terms applicable to the delivery of laptops, computers, accessories, components and other IT products purchased from ITRACCSSA.
ITRACCSSA aims to ensure that all orders are securely packaged and delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
2. DELIVERY AREAS
ITRACCSSA provides delivery services within South Africa.
Delivery availability and charges may vary depending on:
•    Delivery location.
•    Size and weight of the order.
•    Delivery urgency.
•    Courier availability.
•    Special delivery requirements.
For deliveries outside South Africa, the Customer must obtain prior written approval from ITRACCSSA.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
3.1. Orders will normally be processed once payment has been received and cleared, unless approved credit terms apply.
3.2. Orders are subject to product availability.
3.3. Customers will be informed where an item is unavailable or where a significant delay is expected.
3.4. Special-order products may require additional processing time.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
4.1. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the Customer where possible.
4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the Customer’s location, courier availability, public holidays, weather, operational disruptions and other circumstances beyond the Supplier’s reasonable control.
4.3. A delivery date is only guaranteed where ITRACCSSA has expressly confirmed the date in writing.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
5.1. Shipping and delivery charges may be:
•    Included in the quotation;
•    Charged separately; or
•    Waived where ITRACCSSA has offered free delivery.
5.2. The Customer will be informed of applicable delivery charges before the order is confirmed.
5.3. Additional charges caused by incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts or Customer-requested changes may be payable by the Customer.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS
6.1. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
6.2. The Customer should provide:
•    Full physical address.
•    Building or unit number, where applicable.
•    Contact person’s name.
•    Valid telephone number.
•    Any relevant access or delivery instructions.
6.3. ITRACCSSA will not be responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied by the Customer.
7. RECEIVING THE ORDER
7.1. The Customer or an authorised representative should be available to receive the delivery.
7.2. The recipient may be required to provide identification or sign for the delivery.
7.3. Customers should inspect the external packaging upon delivery.
7.4. If the package appears visibly damaged, the Customer should record the damage with the courier and notify ITRACCSSA as soon as reasonably possible.
8. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
8.1. Customers must notify ITRACCSSA promptly if goods arrive damaged, incomplete or different from the goods ordered.
8.2. Photographs of damaged packaging or products may be requested to assist with an investigation.
8.3. ITRACCSSA may require the product to be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.
8.4. Nothing in this policy limits any rights the Customer may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.
9. FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery cannot be completed because:
•    Nobody is available to receive the order;
•    The address is incorrect or incomplete;
•    The Customer refuses delivery without a valid reason; or
•    The courier cannot access the delivery location,
a further delivery attempt may be arranged subject to applicable additional charges.
10. COLLECTION
Customers may collect orders from ITRACCSSA where collection has been agreed in advance.
The Customer or authorised representative may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of purchase before goods are released.
11. HIGH-VALUE EQUIPMENT
For high-value laptops, computers or other equipment, ITRACCSSA may require:
•    Proof of payment.
•    Confirmation of the Customer’s identity.
•    Signature on delivery.
•    Delivery to a verified address.
•    Additional security or insurance arrangements.
These requirements may be communicated before dispatch.
12. RISK DURING DELIVERY
ITRACCSSA will take reasonable steps to ensure that goods are appropriately packaged and dispatched.
Risk in the goods will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable sales agreement, quotation, delivery arrangement and South African law.
13. DELIVERY DELAYS
ITRACCSSA will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, strikes, public emergencies, infrastructure failures or other unforeseen events.
Where ITRACCSSA becomes aware of a significant delay, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the Customer.
14. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments are subject to prior approval.
The Customer may be responsible for applicable:
•    Customs duties.
•    Import taxes.
•    Customs clearance charges.
•    International courier charges.
•    Other charges imposed by the destination country.
ITRACCSSA may require payment of all applicable shipping charges before dispatch.

Important: This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read together with the ITRACCSSA Supplier Agreement, quotation, invoice and Return Policy. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory right under applicable South African law, the applicable law will prevail.
